For HCG Dieters it could be considered one of the hardest times of years! But it doesn't have to be.
Being on a Very Low Calorie Diet VLCD of 500 calories is a little hard when you have a 11 course Thanksgiving Meal in front of you included with all your favorites. :)
The easiest way to make the Holidays a Success (if you're currently on the HCG Diet) is to think before eating. Should you add butter to that, or can you get away with just putting a little jam instead? Error on the side of healthy.
Also, if you overeat it would be best to overeat on proteins instead of starches or sugars. Over eat that Thanksgiving Turkey instead of the homemade rolls or even salad.
Remember, if you do cheat it will only effect you for 3 days of dieting. But isn't that Holiday Meal so worth it? :)
